Holding On (2018)

Holding On is a 2-foot tall, 8-inch diameter welded steel sculpture made entirely of decomissioned gun parts. Funded by a grant from the Alameda County District Attorney, this sculpture was created for the Robby Poblete Foundation’s Art of Peace project, which seeks to address gun violence, and repurposes weapons as materials for art. Currently on display in the Alameda County District Attorney’s office in Oakland, California.
